About us

The Amin Associates is a symbol of efficiency, reliability, experience and innovative ideas. We produce quality Elastic, Twill Tape, Belt , Hang Tag, Printed Label, Metal Buckle/ D-ring & Drawstring for garments sector. Our products are trust worthy because we always maintain international standard by following some tests. We always emphasize on the comport ness of our buyers as we know our products are used in Kids and Children items. We under go to the final production through some tests like AEZO free, Lead Free, Corrosion Test, Heavy Metal Test, Disperse Dyes test & fiber composition test. We plan our production according to the market demand and can produce any quality with the sufficient machine capacity. We maintain strict pre-caution to maintaining quality and produce them with zero defect efficiency. The raw materials we use are of A grade imported from abroad (China, Taiwan & Malaysia) and therefore excellent in quality. About color we can ensure you 100% yarn dyed without harmful reagents and objects.

Quality Control:
Quality control covers all the work of controlling efficiency for the purpose of guarantying the required quality of the buyers and in order to optimize the cost involvement of all the process needed to manufacture the product. It covers the stages starting with procurement of quality yarn, dyes, chemicals, and laboratory testing for color and shades and color fastness, process control, inspection and packing and ending with delivery.

We have well trained, experienced quality controllers who control our quality and makes our products differ to others and also helps to keep our commitment. By machinery process and our personal effort we set up for sample testing to prepare our product for manufacturing & by turns to the final delivery.
 

Marketing:
We have experienced teams for marketing, who visit the factories per their requirement and visit customers office and collect samples and sent these to our factories to develop sample send return to the customer for their quality satisfaction and finally approval of the orders. This service is provided at 24 hours delivery of the goods and maintain customer relation by using mobile phone, fax, e-mail, and when necessary the converse directly.
Trading:
We can fulfill our buyers any kind of requirement as we have an office in Hong Kong. We also accept foreign L/C for the foreign goods. Basically we trade any kinds of accessories along with our manufacturing items to serve our honorable buyers in home & abroad. In a word we are capable of supplying any kind of goods and can ensure the quality, service & price best.

Factory Description:
We have well decorated and furnished factory settings with 123 employees at  Abdullahpur . All of them are skilled at their respective area.  The total shed area is 18,420 sq ft. in where we settled our one stop service for 24 hours for the garments production sector. We give the word according to our capacity and deliver the products as per schedule. We have an extra room which is called light house for comparing the original and our products and finally we set to the bulk production. Our quality controllers are in their position and committed to serve the best of them for our buyers satisfaction. We have two employee trained to the first aid service. They are always ready for any kind of unexpected accident and emergency. A small office maintained by our factory Manager in where he records our daily reports of input and out put register. The shed constructed is for that two vans can be loaded and unloaded at a time.  At our store we always ensure quality raw materials with perfect placement. The store made for the output and packing is also mentionable here because there we recheck finally for the delivery as this is the last step of our setting.
